About Altamonte Handyman
A general handyman service for Altamonte Springs, Florida -- drywall, doors and windows, decks and fences, TV mounting, gutters, caulking and punch-list work. We stay inside Florida’s handyman scope and do not perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC or roofing work.
What we do
Altamonte Springs is a dense, condo- and townhome-heavy city along the 436/I-4 corridor, and most of its housing dates to a single building boom in the 1970s and 80s. That combination means the work here skews toward smaller, faster jobs -- interior repairs, fixture installs, punch lists -- with an HOA or condo association to check before touching anything visible from outside a unit. See our services and service areas pages for the full picture.
What we don’t do
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC/AC and roofing work, at any price. Florida requires its own license for each of those trades regardless of job size, and a job that needs a building permit needs a licensed contractor to pull it no matter what the general handyman threshold allows.
